To enrol in our Veterans Wellness and Medical Tour, please follow these steps:

- Contact the VA at 1-800-827-1000 to request your rating decision letter for your service-connected conditions. This is a letter that shows only the ratings of your disabilities, not your total amount of dollar benefits. This document is essential for your enrollment.
- Gather Required Documents:
- Once you receive the rating decision letter from the VA, ensure you have the following documents ready:
- The rating decision letter provided by the VA.
- Your DD214 form.
- Your veteran ID.

- Upload Your Documents:
